Night Passions Limited at present do not ship outside the UK.

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or courier company.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
Shipping And Handling is FREE of charge for all orders over £35. Orders under £35 will have a charge of £4-50 applied to their order. All deliveries are by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or courier.
All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm will be shipped that day. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day, subject to the item being in stock.
WARNING
If you fail to arrange collection of your parcel after Business Post have attempted delivery and the parcel is returned to us there is a shocking £14.95 fee to pay, that we will pass onto you.
This is only charged if they have attempted to deliver, given you the option to pick up from their local depot and you have not responded to them.
Returns & Cancellations
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. (Refunds are subject to a £2.50 or 12% handling fee - which ever is the greater due to WorldPay transactions). Cancellations of a credit card transaction will have the above handling fees applied due to WorldPay charging Night Passions Ltd the transaction fees which are not refundable. Post and Packing is not refundable and if you received free postage our Postage fees will be deducted as this would normally be covered in our profit of the item or items.

To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable except when deemed faulty in which case we will exchange the item.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
LINGERIE returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance by e-mail and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this. Sizing charts appear in all catalogues or pricelists, and are also available on our website www.nightpassions.co.uk and are extremely accurate.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase.
Return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us) to our warehouse at:
